Where is my stuff?
Track your order using the information we sent in your confirmation e-mail. If you didn't get a confirmation e-mail, check your SPAM, promotions and junk folders.
Once we give a package to the carrier, it is beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist you.
How do I start an exchange or return?

How do I send a gift?
Select “gift” during checkout.
How do I use a gift card or discount code?
Use the sender’s address as the shipping address. We are adding gift functionality soon.
Can I modify an order once placed?
To ship orders as quickly as possible, we ask that you review your cart closely before completing your purchase. We cannot guarantee every modification but will do our best to accommodate any changes if possible. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact customer service at email@example.com.
When I put something in my cart and complete my purchase, does it guarantee I will get the merchandise?
We try to accommodate all orders. Inventory does change often, so in the instance where we are unable to fulfill an item within an order, we will reach out to you and issue a refund or exchange. You may always contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to locate an item at one of our retail partners.
Once your order arrives, you can complete a return/exchange.
Does Stand Ready take orders over the phone?
At this time, we do not currently take orders by phone.
My order was cancelled, what happened?
Orders may be cancelled for a variety of reasons including lack of inventory or system error. Stand Ready, LLC reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of promotional codes or merchandise. For help, please contact customer service at email@example.com
I did not get an order confirmation?
Order confirmations are sent automatically. If you did not receive it, please check your spam and bulk mail folders. If you still didn’t get it, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.If you contact us at customer service, we reserve the right to SMS/MMS you as a backup to e-mail.
What forms of payment does Stand Ready accept?
We accept most credit cards and debit cards, plus PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and many other options. We do not accept checks for online purchases, but may accept checks for wholesale accounts on approved credit after the initial order is paid for.
