No Hassle Returns
Stand Ready gladly accepts returns of unworn (except for trying it on) and unwashed garments that are in “like new” condition, if returned within 30 days that your order was placed. As long as it meets these guidelines, we give full refunds in the form of store credit, minus shipping costs. You are responsible for paying return shipping to us.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement at our expense and send a return label.
We can’t offer credit in every situation. Here are a few of those situations where no refund or exchange will be offered:
- If you wear the shirt longer than for trying it on for size;
- If you wash it;
- If it acquires a tear, rip, or stain while you have it;
- If it is a limited production item, including Rattlenake club monthly item.
