Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. There is also weight to the shipping packing to consider.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Yes, but next day, 2nd day and 3 day services are not available for PO boxes (blame USPS/UPS for that one). Only standard shipping will work.
Do you deliver to APO/FPO?
Yes, but next day, 2nd day and 3 day services are not available for APO/FPO (blame USPS/UPS for that one). Only standard shipping will work.
When will my order be shipped?
We do try to ship most orders next day, depending on the time it arrives. Our standard processing time is 1-4 business days. Our shipping time will change due to holidays or during our busy seasons in January and July.
Which shipping companies do you use?
It changes from time to time, but usually USPS, and UPS.
How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends on the method of shipping you select which will be displayed at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control. Usually, domestic orders arrive within 5 days. International 5-21 days, depending on the method selected.
I live outside the US, do I have to pay import taxes?
It depends on your country. Each country has different rules and regulations and we have no idea how to predict this for you.
